All rights are reserved.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

2. Digital Products (Presets & Wallpapers)

All digital products sold on rickxcalde.com are licensed, not sold.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use.

You May:

  • Use presets for personal or professional editing work.

  • Use wallpapers on your personal devices.

  • Use presets in client work.

You May Not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or transfer the files.

  • Upload them to file-sharing platforms.

  • Include them in bundles, courses, or resale packages.

  • Give access to multiple individuals.

  • Claim the presets or wallpapers as your own creation.

Each purchase grants usage rights to one individual only. Products may not be shared, duplicated, or distributed beyond the original purchaser or intended gift recipient.

3. Physical Prints

All prints are sold for personal display only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, photocopy, scan, or duplicate prints.

  • Resell prints commercially.

  • Digitally replicate the artwork.

  • Use the artwork for commercial reproduction.

Purchasing a print does not grant reproduction rights.

4. AI & Derivative Works

The use of any images, presets, or visual materials from rickxcalde.com for artificial intelligence training, machine learning datasets, image scraping, replication, or derivative AI generation is strictly prohibited.

You may not:

  • Upload our work into AI generation tools to create derivative works.

  • Use AI-generated replicas of our work for commercial purposes.

  • Sell, distribute, or profit from AI-generated content derived from our original work.

Any such use constitutes unauthorized reproduction and intellectual property infringement.

5. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through Wix and its supported payment providers. We do not store full credit card information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Refunds & Replacements

Digital products are non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.

Physical prints are made-to-order and are non-refundable except in cases of damage or production error. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.

We reserve the right to provide order records, download confirmations, and transaction documentation to payment processors in the event of disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Minor color variations between screens and printed products

  • Improper file installation or software incompatibility

  • Loss of files due to user error

  • Indirect or incidental damages arising from product use

Use of our products is at your own discretion.

9. International Use

Customers are responsible for compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction.

International physical orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
